Parking

For all BMC destinations, paid parking is available in the garage at 710 Albany Street or in the Doctors Office (DOB) garage at 720 Harrison Avenue.

Valet parking is available at the main entrance of the Menino Pavilion (840 Harrison Avenue), adjacent to the Moakley and Yawkey buildings, as well as in front of the Doctors Office Building (720 Harrison Avenue) for $12 per day.

Metered street parking is available in the neighborhoods around BMC.

To expedite your registration and prevent any delay in your appointment, please print and complete our Initial Patient Visit Registration forms. 

Previous Information

Infertility is always to be viewed as a couple’s issue and so it is quite important to bring any prior evaluation and office notes (including any IVF records, semen analyses, hormonal blood tests, etc) for each partner.  You cannot bring too many records – only too few.  If either partner has had therapy for cancer, please bring a summary of the chemotherapy regimen used and the pathology record.  If the male has had surgery on the scrotum, please bring the operative note (except for vasectomy where the note is not needed).

Semen Analysis

Semen analyses are done on site on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 7:15 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. with initial or follow-up visits that same morning, if a semen analysis is needed or will be helpful.
